Binding Agreement Between SevenHires Staffing Ltd & the Job Seeker

1. Submission of Required Documents

All applicants seeking recruitment services from SevenHires Staffing Ltd must submit a complete set of required documents for verification and approval. These documents include:

Each registered applicant is entitled to a maximum of three (3) job connections under their registration fee. Whether or not the applicant secures a job after applying, their entitlement remains fixed at three job placements.

Applicants are advised to carefully assess and apply for positions that closely match their skills, experience, and preferences to maximize their chances of employment.

5. Payment of Service Fee Upon Employment

Upon securing employment through SevenHires Staffing Ltd, the applicant is required to pay a service fee equivalent to 45% of their first full salary as compensation for the recruitment services rendered.

Any delays in the payment of this service fee beyond the first month of employment will attract a 6% penalty per additional month of delay.

6. Commission Fee Policy

The service fee is a one-time payment charged only upon securing a job through SevenHires Staffing Ltd. If the applicant receives multiple job offers, they will only be required to pay this fee once per job.

7. Prohibition of Job Transfers

An applicant who secures a job placement through SevenHires Staffing Ltd is strictly prohibited from transferring or assigning the job opportunity to another individual. Any applicant found violating this policy shall:

Applicants are required to provide immediate feedback to the agency after engaging with a potential employer, regardless of the outcome of the interview. This feedback helps the agency improve its recruitment services and manage applicant records effectively.

If an applicant accepts a job offer but fails to report to work on the agreed-upon start date without a valid reason, they will be required to pay a fine of UGX 60,000 as compensation for the employer’s inconvenience.

10. Dismissal Due to Workplace Misconduct

Applicants who secure jobs through SevenHires Staffing Ltd but later face dismissal due to gross misconduct, including but not limited to:

11. Applicant's Liability for Breach of Agreement

Any failure to comply with the terms and conditions stated in this agreement shall result in the applicant being held fully liable for any financial or reputational damages suffered by SevenHires Staffing Ltd.

Acknowledgment and Agreement

If you confirm that you've have carefully read, understood, and fully agreed to comply with the terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement and you acknowledge that you're responsible for making all necessary payments as stipulated under this Agreement for the recruitment services provided by SevenHires Staffing Ltd.
